3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

SMS Text Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Service Pro Linx, including but not limited to service-related notifications, account updates and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You understand that consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@serviceprolinx.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Phone Call Consent (TCPA Compliance)

You understand that your consent to receive telephone calls is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke your consent at any time by informing us during a call, contacting us at contact@serviceprolinx.com to submit a written request. Standard call and carrier charges may apply.

By providing your email address and opting in through our website or other authorized channels, you consent to receive email communications from Service Pro Linx, including but not limited to service-related notifications, account updates, appointment confirmations, customer support responses, product updates, and marketing or informational messages related to our services.

10. Payments and Billing
